If this move successfully hits (i.e., deals damage), it causes the target's Ability to change to Chlorophyll, replacing the Ability that they originally had. This change lasts as long as the affected Pokémon remains in play; their Ability returns to normal if they switch out or the battle ends.
This move does not change the Ability of Pokémon with the Element Cycle, Truant or Multitype Abilities, but does affect Pokémon with Wonder Guard. In a triple battle, this move may target anyone facing or adjacent to the user. |
