The user of this move receives a random Berry if they are not already holding an item (the move fails if they are). This move's effect can be stolen by Snatch, but only if the user of that move is also item-less. The received Berry does not activate its own effect (if possible) until the next turn. Berries produced this way can be used for Berry Drink, but can not be passed on to or stolen by another Pokémon, nor can it be affected by the Harvest Ability. If this Berry remains unused at the battle's end, it disappears from the Pokémon's item slot. | |
