This move lowers the user's Special Attack stat by two stages if it successfully deals damage. This move also cannot miss if it is raining (provided the target doesn't block or avoid it e.g. Protect, Dig). However, this move's accuracy drops to 50% if it is used during intense sunshine. This move can also hit targets that are in the semi-invulnerable turns of Fly, Bounce, Hover and Sky Drop.
In a triple battle, this move may target anyone other than the user. |
