In a double or triple battle, this move forces opponents to target the user of this move, rather than their intended target, for a single turn. Follow Me does not prevent the use of the move Pursuit against the user's partners, provided said partners are switching out on that turn, due to Pursuit having a higher priority value than Rage Powder in that instance. This move will also not alter the targeting of moves that hit multiple targets. It also cannot redirect pseudo-invulnerability moves like Fly and Sky Drop, and if the user is taken into the air by Sky Drop, the effects of this move are immediately cancelled.
In triple battles, this move nominally attracts the moves of facing and adjacent foes, but will also attract the moves of non-adjacent foes, provided they use a single-target move that can hit non-adjacent targets, such as Gust or Dragon Pulse. In cases where multiple Pokémon on the same side use Follow Me/Rage Powder, attacks will be directed to the Pokémon that performed this kind of move last. This move's effects take precedence over move-drawing Abilities like Storm_Drain for the user's side.
This move has a priority of +3, and therefore will always go before attacks during the turn, unless other Pokémon use moves with a greater or equal priority. Therefore, this move can only redirect Fake Out if the Fake Out user has a lower speed than the user of this move.
