Categories: Affects the WeatherThis Pokémon's water-based powers generate a rain shower wherever it appears. The shower can be dispelled by other weather moves (however Rain Dance cannot be used when Drizzle is active), but is otherwise permanent until the battle ends, even if the originator is switched out or faints. If a Pokémon with Drizzle is sent out in the same turn as another Pokémon whose Ability affects the weather (including Air_Lock and Cloud_Nine), the slower Pokémon's Ability will override the faster Pokémon's Ability.
The Pokémon makes it rain if it appears in battle.
