Categories: Affects the WeatherAn aura surrounding this Pokémon has a calming effect on local climate that prevents any unusual weather effects from occuring in battle as long as the Pokémon remains in play. However, use of weather moves (and the persistence of their visual indicator) isn't actually prevented. Any Abilities that rely on weather for activation are also disabled for the duration, and Pokémon with weather-dependent alternate forms will revert to their base form. If a Pokémon with Cloud Nine is sent out on the same turn as another Pokémon whose Ability affects the weather, the slower Pokémon's Ability will override the faster Pokémon's Ability.
Eliminates the effects of weather.
