Categories: Alters Damage DoneA Pokémon with this Ability has the mental acuity to analyze the target's movement patterns and strike them at the moment when they are most vulnerable. Pokémon with this Ability thus have the base power of their attacking moves multiplied by 1.3 if they move after the target does. This Ability will not activate for the moves Future Sight or Doom Desire.
Boosts move power when the Pokémon moves last.
