This move selects a Target among the other Pokémon present on the field. The Targeted Pokémon has all attacks that are not it's own be drawn towards it for the rest of the turn. In triple battles Targeting will change the trajectory of a move coming from a combatant not adjacent to the Targeted Pokémon only if the move is capable of hitting non-adjacent positions. This move has no effect on itself, or moves with multiple targets, such as Rock Slide or Earthquake.
In a double or triple battle, if one or more Pokémon on a side uses Follow Me or Rage Powder on the same turn as another Pokémon on that same side is struck by Targeting, and/or if Targeting is used by more than one Pokémon on the same side, the position attacks home in on is determined by which move was used last. Targeting is itself not affected by Follow Me or Rage Powder.
This move has a priority of +3, and thus will go before other moves in the same turn, unless they have an equal (in which case move order is determined by speed) or greater priority.

In a triple battle, this move may target anyone facing or adjacent to the user.
